Three years since the absence of festivals and events in Australia due to the global pandemic, the Melbourne Cat Lovers Show made an enormous return to the scene, with a two-day sold-out event. Making it Australia’s largest cat show ever!

Aussies have grown fond of owning a cat, with almost 5 million cats as pets – that’s 1.5 million more cats just in the last year, driven by the need for a companion during the lockdown. The pet’s role within a family is more important than ever - after all, they were there with us through the pandemic.

The Cat Lovers Show became the perfect setting and environment to talk to these pet owners, introduce them to Trouble and Trix, and for cat owners to listen to experts and like-minded cat lovers.

Across the two days, our friendly staff provided education and knowledge about our products, assisting new cat owners in finding the right kitty litter, and overall helping to improve their cats' lives at home. Additionally, there was a fun interactive game for them to “scoop to win” ~ with everyone walking away a winner.

Our sponsorship extended to the influential cat breeders’ arena and allowed Trouble and Trix to engage with this important expert influencer.

At the show the Tofu Litters were a huge success, as we demonstrated the absorbency and clumping, as well as the fact that they're non-toxic and bio-degradable meaning you can just flush the clumps down your toilet.
