Currently Hiring - National Sales Support

Following an internal promotion we are currently seeking an organised team player to fill a National Sales Support role.

The National Sales Support role is to provide support to the sales team, assisting in the achievement of the planned commercial outcomes, sales strategy, sales activities, and marketing objectives. The role performs administrative tasks to support the sales team and help them to gain and keep customers. They recommend process or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. They provide consistent high-quality support across all the sales eco-system, events, and communications. The role requires strong relationships with internal & external customers.

The Role
  • Spearheads the business commitment to customers dealing with the best
  • Liaison between Sales and Marketing Initiatives
  • Support for key projects
  • Event management for sales meetings
  • Provide support to the National Account Team & Field Sales Management Team and their administrative requirements
  • Management of Sales Eco System including Opmetrix, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and TEAMs site
  • Assist with the execution of all sales activity including management of field resources and new lines launches
  • Co-Ordination between Sales & Marketing delivering field execution communications
  • Reconcile monthly spend with sales and finance sharing results and variances to the SLT team
  • Complete & maintain pricing uploads for price rises, short and long-term contracts, discounts, and promotional activity
  • Lead and manage non-conformance, OOS and DIFOT requirements and become a super user of the supplier portals for the Grocery/Mass channel
  • Manages costs for all programs, productions, and publications to report to the Head of Sales regarding a return on investment
  • Manage and co-ordinate all communication sent to our customers (B2B)
  • Administer new line submission forms with an Omni Channel approach for all customers complying with their standard requirements
Experience & Attributes Require
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with various customer groups
  • Confidence in your reporting and analysis to provide recommendations on the data captured
  • Proven experience using Aztec programs and systems performing analysis and report creation
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, specifically excel
  • Organisation skills with the ability to prioritise multiple requests in a timely manner
  • Proven track record in sales support
  • Be highly motivated, organised and experienced at managing multiple priorities
  • Sound knowledge of the Grocery industry including retailer submission processes and online portals
  • Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional service
  • Possess a high degree of emotional intelligence
  • Be able to develop and manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders
